As a junior camper at our Leadership Camp, we want you to feel safe, confident, and excited to grow. You’ll take on fun challenges like rafting down mountain rivers—where teamwork makes all the difference—and sailing on Lake Geneva, where you’ll learn to guide your boat with your crew.
But that’s not all! You’ll also join special workshops with EHL (École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the world’s top school for hospitality and teamwork) and the International Olympic Committee, based here in Lausanne. With their support, you’ll discover how great leaders think, communicate, and inspire others.
